Summit participants include a diverse selection of leaders from both public and private sectors that will engage in a robust dialogue leading toward consensus recommendations on how to optimize our nation's disaster preparedness and response capabilities. Subjects to be discussed include development of vaccine and therapeutics, testing, supply chain readiness, data and evidence generation, and how to bolster care delivery through telemedicine, payment, and workforce resilience. Summit deliberations will contribute to comprehensive recommendations for strengthening preparedness and response actions for future health-related disasters to be presented to policymakers.
